CANFIELD, OH – JP Capital Management (JPCM) announced today that it has sold its majority stake in Vista Window Company to Paradigm Window Solutions, a portfolio holding of Cleveland based private equity firm CapitalWorks, LLC.

Vista Window Company, founded in 2001, is a manufacturer of vinyl replacement windows and doors. The company has seen significant growth over the past several years, and this acquisition will enable that growth to continue, and in fact accelerate.

Principal James Pastore commented, “Vista has been a great example of our approach to not only capitalize a business, but of working with great management teams to drive successful growth. I’m happy for everyone involved, and I think the timing makes perfect sense. I see a tremendous upside moving forward.”

Several of the original founders of the business will remain in key roles, including Chief Operating Officer Jim Collins.

Collins stated, “Without the support of JPCM, Vista certainly wouldn’t be where it is today. We truly appreciate their approach to partnership. We’re looking forward to working with the folks at Paradigm, and working towards the vision that CapitalWorks has for the company. This is an exciting time for the Vista family.”
